Fill out the RMA ( Repair Merchandise Authorization ) Request Form then send it to us. You can send it

Our customer support will email you a RMA number and RMA Approval Form for your defect product after review and verification.
Or we may contact you if the problem can be overcome withour a return.

After you get the RMA number and RMA Approval Form, please ship your defect product with a full protective packing box and put the RMA number or RMA Approval Form on it.
Please use the carrier which has the tracking number for your shipment.
Please don't include any accessory or spare part.

Once we receive your shipment, we will send you an email notification for the receipt of your shipment.
|

| Step 5 |
|
After the item is repaired or replaced, we will ship back the repaired or replaced item by UPS, FEDEX or proper carrier.
Then send you an email notification when tracking number if appliable.
